MAN-MACHINE COLLABORATION AS A NECESSITY TO EMPLOYEES EFFECTIVENESS IN BANKS IN RIVERS STATE

Abstract

The paper investigated man machine collaboration and employee effectiveness in deposit banks in Rivers state. The purpose of the study was to examine the influence man machine collaboration on employee’s effectiveness in deposits banks. The paper reviewed literature on man-machine and employee effectiveness, and based line theory to anchor the work. The paper revealed that the use of manual, mechanical and automation significantly influences service quality, timely delivery and high productivity in money deposit banks in Rivers State.
