ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT IN AN UNSECURED ENVIRONMENT OF SOUTHERN TARABA STATE OF NIGERIA

Abstract

Entrepreneurs do not carry out their activities in any planet different from the earth planet where all human endeavors and activities take place. The earth being the planet that human beings occupy and carry out their legitimate activities has different factors such as, economic turbulent, political dimension, cultural issues, natural disasters, market competitions, religious indifference, labour unrest, etc that can influence their activities negatively or positively. These factors can be both endogenous and exogenous that characterizes the operating environment of business generally. The factors within the given environment dictate the tunes and dimensions of business operations. The environment creates both negative and positive dimensions that affect the fortunes of the businesses. Entrepreneurial development is no exception of this fact as all entrepreneurial activities are guided and directed by what the environment presents.
